Master of Science in Applied Epidemiology

The program is completed full-time over two years and integrated directly into the research and service tasks of the Robert Koch-Institute. The modules of the program are integrated into the EPIET Education Program (European Program for Intervention Epidemiology Training).

Master of Science in Applied Epidemiology

The postgraduate Master of Science in Applied Epidemiology begins each winter semester (mid-October) and is subject to a fee (€17.040). Scholarships are offered in February/March each year. There are about 10 places available.

For admission, a degree in human or veterinary medicine (in justified individual cases also related courses), very good knowledge of German and English and good user knowledge with common software programs is required. In addition, at least one year of professional experience, preferably in the field of public health service or in the field of microbiology / infectiology is also desirable.
